2. Editorial Review We will review your tool within 7 business days to assess its features, pricing, and GDPR compliance. You will then receive our feedback via email.

3. Submit materials If your application is approved, we will email you a list of the materials (logo, screenshots, prices, GDPR key data) that we need for your product page. Please send them to us in a reply to our email.

4. Tool goes live We’ll create your product page and publish it on kifox.ai.

5. Activate your affiliate account & upgrade your profile You provide us with your affiliate link. You will then receive your customer account and can manage your listing yourself—or have our editorial team handle it for you.

In order for us to thoroughly review and list your tool, we need the following information—divided into two steps:

Step 1: Fill out the form (approx. 2 minutes)

  • First and last name (contact person)
  • Email address
  • Tool Name & Website
  • Provider / Company Name & Headquarters
  • Brief description of the tool (max. 500 characters)
  • Primary target audience
  • Does your tool have an affiliate program? (Yes / No / Planned)
  • Optional field for comments

Step 2: By email (following the automated instructions)

Required:

  • Logo (PNG or SVG, ideally with a transparent background)
  • 2–4 informative screenshots
  • Detailed list of features
  • Current Pricing Structure (Free, Subscription Models, Other)
  • Key GDPR Information: Server Location, Availability of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Use of Training Data

How long does the review take? Typically, 7 business days from the time we receive your request via the form.

Why can’t I upload files directly via the form? We’ll only ask you to send us logos, screenshots, and other materials after our editorial review. This saves you the trouble in case your tool isn’t a good fit for the portal.

Are there contract terms or notice periods? No. As long as your affiliate link is valid, your customer account will remain active. If the link expires, the account will be automatically deactivated—but your listing will remain as a standard entry.

What happens if I receive negative or unfair reviews? In your customer account, you can view, report, and respond directly to any review.

What if my tool doesn’t have an affiliate program yet? You’ll still be listed (provided it receives a positive editorial review), but as a standard entry without a customer account. As soon as you set up a program, we’ll activate your account.

Can I manage my listing myself? Yes—through your customer account. If you don’t have time, you can have our editorial team manage it for you.
