How it works

1. Fill out the form Enter the most important key details about your tool in our short form – it takes less than 2 minutes.

2. Editorial review We review your tool within 7 business days for features, pricing, and GDPR compliance. You will then receive our feedback by email.

3. Submit materials If the evaluation is positive, we will send you by email a list of the materials (logo, screenshots, pricing, GDPR key details) that we need for your detail page. You send them to us by replying to our email.

4. Tool goes live We create your detail page and publish it on kifox.ai.

5. Activate affiliate & upgrade profile You provide us with your affiliate link. Afterwards, you receive your customer account and can manage your listing independently – or commission our editorial team to do it.

What you submit

So that we can properly review and list your tool, we need the following information – divided into two steps:

Step 1: In the form (approx. 2 minutes)

  • First and last name (contact person)
  • Email address
  • Tool name & website
  • Provider / company name & company headquarters
  • Short description of the tool (max. 500 characters)
  • Main target group
  • Does your tool have an affiliate program? (Yes / No / Planned)
  • Optional field for notes

Step 2: By email (after automatic instructions)

Required:

  • Logo (PNG or SVG, ideally with a transparent background)
  • 2–4 meaningful screenshots
  • Detailed feature list
  • Current pricing structure (free, subscription models, other)
  • GDPR key details: server location, AVV/DPA availability, training data usage

Optional:

  • Demo video (link or file)
  • Press kit / media kit
  • Affiliate link (you can also submit it later)

Why two steps? We only request the more time-consuming materials once your tool has passed our editorial review. That way, you only have to put in the effort for logos, screenshots & co. if your tool is actually going to be listed with us.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the listing cost? Nothing. Inclusion is free of charge – we earn exclusively through your affiliate link.

How long does the review take? Usually 7 business days from receipt of your request via the form.

Why no direct file upload in the form? We only request logos, screenshots, and other materials from you after the editorial review. This saves you the work if your tool is not a fit for the portal.

Are there contract terms or notice periods? No. As long as your affiliate link is valid, your customer account remains active. If the link expires, the account is automatically deactivated – but your listing remains as a standard entry.

What happens in the case of negative or unfair reviews? In your customer account, you can view, report, and respond directly to every review.

What if my tool does not yet have an affiliate program? You will still be listed (provided the editorial evaluation is positive), but as a standard entry without a customer account. As soon as you set up a program, we will activate your account.

Can I manage my listing myself? Yes – in your customer account. If you do not have the time, you can commission our editorial team to manage it.
