Why KIFOX?

KIFOX isn’t a massive directory listing tens of thousands of tools—it’s a curated review portal for the truly relevant AI applications in the DACH region and Europe.

🛡 GDPR & Trust We evaluate every tool transparently based on data protection, hosting, and server location. This builds trust where other portals remain silent—and helps you close sales faster.

🎯 Curated, not mass-produced We list only tools that have been editorially approved. Less competition, more attention for your product.

📈 SEO-optimized product page: Your own profile page featuring features, pricing, GDPR compliance rating, reviews, and a backlink from kifox.ai—great for your visibility and your search rankings.

💼 The Right Target Audience Our visitors are freelancers, self-employed professionals, SMEs, and entrepreneurs from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as across Europe—in other words, exactly the kind of buyers who actually use and subscribe to AI tools.

KIFOX is a young, fast-growing portal. If you join now, you’ll secure a spot in the search results before the competition catches up.

Here’s how it works

1. Fill out the form. Enter the key details about your tool in our short form—it won’t take more than 2 minutes.

2. Editorial Review We will review your tool within 7 business days to assess its features, pricing, and GDPR compliance. You will then receive our feedback via email.

3. Submit materials If your application is approved, we will email you a list of the materials (logo, screenshots, prices, GDPR key data) that we need for your product page. Please send them to us in a reply to our email.

4. Tool goes live We’ll create your product page and publish it on kifox.ai.

5. Activate your affiliate account & upgrade your profile You provide us with your affiliate link. You will then receive your customer account and can manage your listing yourself—or have our editorial team handle it for you.

What you’ll get

With the affiliate link, you’ll get access to:

  • Dedicated product page with features, prices, and a GDPR assessment
  • Backlink from kifox.ai to your tool
  • Customer account at kifox.ai/provider-login/
  • View, report, and respond to reviews
  • Affiliate tracking for every click
  • Content Enhancement – Create It Yourself or Have Our Editorial Team Do It for You

A longer time spent on your detail page improves your ranking within KIFOX. Enhanced profiles (images, tips, use cases) rank higher.

Without an affiliate link: Your tool will still be listed with a standard entry, provided it receives a positive review. You can submit a link at any time and upgrade to the full feature set.

What you submit

In order for us to thoroughly review and list your tool, we need the following information—divided into two steps:

Step 1: Fill out the form (approx. 2 minutes)

  • First and last name (contact person)
  • Email address
  • Tool Name & Website
  • Provider / Company Name & Headquarters
  • Brief description of the tool (max. 500 characters)
  • Primary target audience
  • Does your tool have an affiliate program? (Yes / No / Planned)
  • Optional field for comments

Step 2: By email (following the automated instructions)

Required:

  • Logo (PNG or SVG, ideally with a transparent background)
  • 2–4 informative screenshots
  • Detailed list of features
  • Current Pricing Structure (Free, Subscription Models, Other)
  • Key GDPR Information: Server Location, Availability of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Use of Training Data

Optional:

  • Demo video (link or file)
  • Press Kit / Media Kit
  • Affiliate link (you can also submit this later)

Why two steps? We don’t ask for the time-consuming materials until your tool has passed our editorial review. That way, you only have to go through the trouble of providing logos, screenshots, and other materials if your tool is actually listed on our site.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the listing cost? Nothing. Listing is free—we earn revenue exclusively through your affiliate link.

How long does the review take? Typically, 7 business days from the time we receive your request via the form.

Why can’t I upload files directly via the form? We’ll only ask you to send us logos, screenshots, and other materials after our editorial review. This saves you the trouble in case your tool isn’t a good fit for the portal.

Are there contract terms or notice periods? No. As long as your affiliate link is valid, your customer account will remain active. If the link expires, the account will be automatically deactivated—but your listing will remain as a standard entry.

What happens if I receive negative or unfair reviews? In your customer account, you can view, report, and respond directly to any review.

What if my tool doesn’t have an affiliate program yet? You’ll still be listed (provided it receives a positive editorial review), but as a standard entry without a customer account. As soon as you set up a program, we’ll activate your account.

Can I manage my listing myself? Yes—through your customer account. If you don’t have time, you can have our editorial team manage it for you.
